About Me
Hi my name is Nicolette Inglese, I am a pastry chef and cake/sugar artist in the Southern California area. I have a bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant management as well as my certification in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Instititute of America Greystone.
I specialize in sugarpaste work and even have my own shop on etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/Nicolettsy ) where I sell my cake toppers and cookies. I also love to make wedding cakes and lots of party sweets and treats.
Let me make sweets for your special occasion. I love to customize orders and make orders to fit your color scheme and/or theme for birthdays, weddings, bridal and baby showers, and celebrations.
